This would have been more interesting before the half dozen projects already crawling URLs I tweet started up. I wonder if they'll continue to let twitturly, twitturls, tweetmeme et al have unfettered access if they're going to become competitors.

I ALSO eagerly anticipate this becoming a whole new system for the "SEO" (spam) crowd to try to game... as if the dozens of fauxccounts signing up to follow me wasn't already annoying enough.

"Opinion aggregator"

Just what I need, a single source of myriad varying opinions of absolutely nothing.

Just for one day, I'd love to see Twitter impose a minimum number of characters - say, 200 - so users are forced to develop complete and coherent thoughts. Combine that with mandatory spell check and you've got yourself a handy dandy filter that might make it worth while to check the site for the opinions of its countless users.

...or I guess you could just go to Metafilter, huh.

I never felt so ahead of the curve ;) since I joined years ago when you all joined (at work). Admittedly, my tweets are few and far between. I am tired of the "businesses" just catching on and trying to add me .... hello? We see what you are doing (yawn)
