Big Kindle
NYT: Amazon to announce a large-screen Kindle as early as this week. The story also adds additional speculation about a large-screen iPhone later this year.

I personally approve of all trends in which large corporations respond to my own personal whims - in this case, my take on the future of the magazine. Thank you Amazon and Apple!<br /><br /> <br /><br /> (But this is great, right? A sorta' unified delivery mechanism that sidesteps the need to kill trees but still provides something like the aesthetic/cultural unity of a thing called the 'magazine' or 'the newspaper'? Obviously, those things will change in form and function, but I dunno. I likes it.)
