How The Hell Did This Happen?
Not to get all hopeful, but could this be the first sign of an economic bounce-back? Sales Increased 10% in Quarter for Best Buy.

Circuit City just went out of business. So if you took all money spent on consumer electronics in Q4 2007 versus all money spent on consumer electronics in Q4 2008, I would guess we're still looking at a big decline. But now, with Circuit City out of the pictures, Best Buy is picking up some of the scraps. Still, it is nice to see a positive number there. Not many of those these days.

I bought a DVD at Best Buy last month. That's probably what this "10% increase in sales" business is all about.
