I'm surprised they chose that title, apt though it is - because it's so apt, it's been used in stories about Twitter <a href="http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&hs=azZ&um=1&nolr=1&q=%22How+Tweet+It+Is%22&btnmeta%3Dsearch%3Dsearch=Search+the+Web">many, many times before</a>, including by <a href="http://www.onthemedia.org/transcripts/2008/08/22/05">On The Media</a>, the <a href="http://www.boston.com/thingstodo/gotoit/2008/12/how_tweet_it_is.html">Boston Globe</a> and - wait for it - <a href="http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:PyISuN2TJz4J:www.rove.com/notes+%22How+Tweet+It+Is%22&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=5&gl=us&client=firefox-a">Karl Rove</a>.
