Talk of the Nation

I was on NPR's Talk of the Nation earlier today talking about the year in blogging [listen]. Some of the things I talked about: Kiva, Tumblr, Twitter, FiveThirtyEight.com, Ana Marie Cox, Robot Wisdom, The Daily Beast, and The 30 Most Notable Blogs of 2008.

Thanks for listing these, I was about to listen to the podcast, but like a good blogger, you went and listed. THANK YOU! I was especially interested in The Daily Beast and couldn't remember the name. Happy New Year, and I hope the hangover has worn off.

Interesting how many times the 'how many times a day do you post' discussion comes up here.

I'd love to see if there was a data set around popular blogs to see exactly how much posting frequency affects blog readership.
