Are we supposed to believe that at some point Sarah Palin dressed up as Tina Fey for Halloween? Not buying it.

My guess is Palin didn't even know who Tina Fey was prior to this Saturday. Hey, if I'm wrong, I'm sure the pictures of her on said Halloween will appear and Palin's stock will go through the roof. Until then, that line sounds like something you say to make like you've got a sense of humor while you recover from being skewered.

I'm still not sure I get it.

Was Sarah Palin satirizing Tina Fey when she dressed up as her for Halloween? Because then, sure, in a tit for tat move, however obtuse, her spokesperson's rationale makes sense: "Sarah did it first, and now Tina's doing it back at her. How hilarious."

But if not-- if it's just a matter of "Sarah find her funny because one time she dressed up like her"-- then that's just insane.

Part of me feels like it's missing the logic in the statement, and the other part of me is positive that there isn't any to be found in the first place.
