Julia Is Dead to Me

"Minneapolis" managed to tie for 3rd best place to be single. Minneapolis?? Who goes to college and says, "Fuck getting my MRS degree HERE, I'm moving to Minneapolis after I graduate because I hear it is totally the Third Best City Ever for Singles and I am going to bring new meaning to the made-up word 'manizer' and carve dozens of notches into my new Mac lipstick case!" This means war, babe. [Answer inside.]

Who says that? There's an answer! The girls you see in the skyways of Downtown Minneapolis, where you will find the national headquarters of Target and Aveda.

We called them "Targetrons" -- we know the type!

Aveda makes the BEST tea. It's seriously delicious and it has licorice root in it which has the best aftertaste. Check it out, yo.

and to think...if Julia had lived in MPLS after college, she would have been a notch in white belt.

Of course, the Targetrons are fleeing from places like Fargo and Duluth, but they are fleeing.

Julia's response on email was "that was so directed at you!!!!" -- so that makes me a victim of link bait. So be it, this time.

I actually HAVE thought that.

Also New York City is good place to be single if you want to remain single forever. Which apparently most people here do.

That's a good point... those lists aren't really "Good For Singles" lists -- they're actually "Good For Singles To Become Married" lists.

NYC is the best place in America to actually be single.
