The map used in Google statistic stuff, like in Insights and Analytics, does away with Lake Superior. It makes Wisconsin look surrounded and gives Michigan too much map cred, yo. What's up with that?

i'd argue it has more to do with people in the blue states fighting douchebags. the lack of interest in what a douchebag is in the red states results from a fear of the abyss.
