Okay that was actually a really good article on it. I'm sure /b/tards will be outraged, but that was the first 4chan news story I've read that seemed like the reporter even has a vague idea of what 4chan actually is. "It's like that psychological concept of deinvidualization -- when groups of people become less aware of their own responsibility." Yes.

How weird is it that on the same day that the 4chan founder outs himself in the WSJ there's <a href="http://www.time.com/time/business/article/0,8599,1821435,00.html" target="_blank">a Time.com article</a> that makes a big deal about keeping his name anonymous? Did he get a PR guy or something?

Also, if you currently google 4chan & "Christopher Poole" you currently get 10 results about half of which are the WSJ article. Talk about keeping your name out of something.
