Self-Loathing Nighttime Conversations

Honan has outed me. I started a Tumblr a couple weeks ago, while I was feeling depressed about the dating churn, the scenester complex, the image upkeep, the drunken plotting. I'm fine now! But I'm still updating it with occasional conversations: Self-Loathing Nighttime Conversations. It's ridiculously self-indulgent, so I don't recommend actually reading it; apologies to those who are excerpted.

There is something there. Most people will probably say that it's entirely obnoxious, but there is something there I think. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> You'll probably hate this but it reminds me a lot of Coupland. Which makes it both old and irrelevant to all but a few of us. It has the same habit of making me sad and smirking at the same time.

Oh go on, don't apologize. That stuff is funny. I like the one where you tell her to follow you on twitter instead of calling her. The tone suggested a confused look on your face, standing there with your rumpled morning after hair, like you were really surprised she didn't know this. Ha!
