Gawker got their take-down notice from the Scientologists. Anyone wanna take bets on whether this goes anywhere?

Need I remind you that the $cientologists bankrupted the Cult Awareness Network back in the day...<br /><br /> I'm pretty sure their tactic is to out-spend the other party in litigation. And I'm pretty sure Gawker has less $ than the Church of $chyentology.

However, suing a blog might not be a good idea. Beating up on a media source will only get you bad press. Does anyone know Scientology's background of litigation on press outlets?
