David Karp

The Observer has a profile of Tumblr founder David Karp. Because NYC is a media town, it's a little slow to everything -- but after years of making fun of Tumblr and Twitter (because they didn't get it), several media types across town are starting to get on board.

When I wrote this post, I didn't see <a href="http://www.lindsayism.com/2008/01/seo-killed-the.html" target="_blank">Lindsay's note</a> about all the NYCers on Tumblr.

It's not that I didn't get Twitter, it was that you were the only person I knew on Twitter, and Twitter is like fax machines. Also, I kind of didn't get it a little bit. Fine!
