Popular Science has started a predictions exchange.

With user registration, portfolio management, forums and leaderboards, they are certainly placing a great deal of faith in user's willingness to get involved. I certainly hope it proves out, because on first blush, this looks slick, but I wouldn't be they'll see a huge ROI with this. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> Not that that's ever a reason to not do something, they've just set their expectation bar quite high.
